This site is devoted to pictures and information on police cars from the Manufacturer Vauxhall in the UK, whether the brand new "turnkey" offerings made by the manufacturer direct at its Special Vehicles department at Millbrook, or older offerings that were modified by either Vauxhall or the emergency services themselves to fulfill the role.
We have pictures of old and new cars here and a little bit of information, but I do not claim to be either an expert on the subject or a police officer, and I'm sure that with a little more searching there will be much more extensive info out there on the web, think of this more as a beginners guide to Vauxhall Police cars.
We have covered most of the Vauxhalls used by the force going back over the last 20 years, but historically there are many more if you go back further - it's just a bit trickier digging up pictures and information on them!
